新型电力系统运行与控制团队

一、团队简介

新型电力系统运行与控制科研团队立足于电力系统,针对高比例新能源背景下电力系统呈现的“双高型”和“随机性”特点,以电力系统、综合能源系统与能源互联网,电动汽车等为研究对象,聚焦电力领域的安全经济运行,开展基础与应用研究。

团队由8名教师,60余名研究生组成,先后主持参与了国家级项目1项,省部级项目20余项,企业科研项目30余项,在国内外学术期刊发表论文200余篇,授权国家专利40余项,著作2部。

二、团队负责人

武晓冬,中共党员,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,长期从事电气工程学科的教学和科研工作,能源动力专业学位硕士点负责人,电力与土木建筑工程分学术委员会秘书、中国机械工业教育协会电力系统及其自动化专业委员会委员、中国电工技术学会会员、山西省科技厅技术专家、山西电力行业“晋电智库”专家。曾主持和参与纵向和横向科研项目2项;发表论文20余篇,其中SCI/EI论文5篇;申请和受理专利5项,已授权发明专利2项;主持和主要参与省级教学改革项目4项、出版国家级教材2部、获得省级教学成果二等奖1项。

三、团队主要成员

赵兴勇,中共党员,博士,教授,硕士生导师。全国宝钢优秀教师奖获得者,能源动力学科带头人,山西省高等学校电气教学指导委员会委员,中国电工技术学会电动汽车专委会委员,中国电力教育协会电气工程学科委员会委员,山西省电机工程学会副秘书长,山西省电工技术学会常务理事兼环保节能专业委员会主任,中国电机工程学会(CSEE)高级会员,国际大电网会议(CIGRE)中国国家委员会会员,中国电工技术学会高级会员,长期从事电力系统分析与控制等方面的教学与科研工作,并多次主持修订“电气工程及其自动化”专业本科生培养方案和“电气工程”研究生培养方案。主要研究方向:大规模风电及分布式风光并网、人工智能与大数据在电力系统中的应用、微电网运行与控制、电动汽车、转动惯量与电力系统暂态稳定性等。主持完成山西省科技厅、国网山西省电力公司等纵横向科研项目近20项。在《Energy conversion and management》、《电工技术学报》、《电网技术》等国内外学术期刊发表论文100多篇,其中21篇被SCI/EI检索;授权专利20多项,出版专著1部;主审国家十三五规划教材《电力系统分析》1部;获山西省教育厅教学成果奖一等奖1项,国家电网有限公司科技进步奖三等奖1项,国网山西省电力公司科技进步奖二等奖2项。

张学军,中共党员,教授,硕士生导师,suncitygroup太阳集团研究生教育督导组副组长,省计算机专家。主持和参与火电厂、变电站培训仿真机项目开发十多项;发表论文15篇,申报专利3项,获山西省科技进步二等奖1项,山西电力公司科技进步三等奖1项。

主要研究方向:高比例新能源电力系统稳定性分析与控制、电力系统数字仿真技术。

王秀丽,中共党员,副教授,硕士生导师,中国电工技术学会会员,山西转型综改区职称评审委员会成员,山西省科技厅智库专家组成员,《Energies》客座编辑,《Energies》、《Electronics》、《电网技术》等杂志审稿人,担任2023年第7届IEEE EI2 国际会议技术委员会成员。主要从事新能源发电系统及控制、新型电力系统运行与控制技术、储能控制技术、电力市场等方向的研究。曾多次指导学生参加科技类竞赛并获奖;山西大学优秀共产党员;在山西大学“三育人”活动中被评为先进个人;论文“基于改进粒子群算法的分布式电源选址定容优化设计”荣获山西省电工学会二等奖;荣获山西大学青年教师基本功大赛中荣获三等奖;出版专著《风电控制技术研究与实践》和《分布式发电并网与电压稳定性》;参与国家重点研发项目1项,主持和参与省部级项目3项,横向项目5项,发表国内外学术期刊发表论文20多篇,其中SCI/EI论文8篇,授权专利7项和软著3项。

田俊梅,中共党员,副教授,硕士生导师,suncitygroup太阳集团教务主任。主要从事电气设备绝缘抗腐蚀和探伤研究。基于颗粒物运动特性,结合电磁场、流场、温度场等多物理场综合分析电气设备绝缘腐蚀机理,对设备探伤、改良设备结构提供支持。担任学院教指委委员,山西省高校师资培训中心培训专家。主持、参与科技厅、教育厅科研项目共3项,横向项目4项;获得发明专利5项(3项已科技转化),实用新型专利7项。作为副主编出版省部级规划教材2部。获得省级教学成果奖一等奖1次,特等奖1次,二等奖1次;省级教学创新设计大赛三等奖1次;五一劳动奖章1次;授课课程为省级线上线下混合精品课程;获2019互联网+大赛优秀指导老师;指导本科训练项目30余项;校级十佳教学标兵。主要研究方向为电气设备绝缘抗腐蚀和探伤研究。

王祺,博士,中共党员,讲师,硕士生导师,IEEE会员,中国电源学会会员,教育部本科毕业论文抽检评审专家,《电力系统保护与控制》青年助理编辑,《可再生能源》青年编委、审稿人,《山西电力》专题主持人。《Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems》(PCMP,IF:11,TOP)、《IET Power Electronics》、《Journal of Power Electronics》、《Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy》等期刊审稿人。主讲研究生课程《新能源并网技术》、《电力系统运行与控制》、《电力系统建模与仿真》等,本科生课程《信号分析与处理》、《Matlab在电气工程中的应用》、《专业英语》等。主要从事电力系统的灵活性和稳定性,新能源并网技术、电力电子化电力系统的运行与控制、高比例新能源并网系统的建模与稳定性分析、直流储能与功率变换、电能质量治理与装备制造等方向的研究。参与国家级、省部级项目多项。近五年,论文方面,以第一作者发表论文21篇,其中SCI/EI收录18篇;以合作作者发表论文4篇,以通讯作者发表论文2篇。专利方面,授权发明专利4项。截至2023年底,国内文章总下载量7569次,被引189次。

彭飘飘,博士,讲师,《Boundary Value Problems》等期刊审稿人。主讲课程《电力系统继电保护》、《专业英语》等。主要从事数值方法的研究,如对各类无网格方法进行改进,并将其应用于计算电磁学、计算力学等问题的分析中。近三年主持省部级项目2项,以第一作者发表SCI论文5篇。

Prof. Zia Ullah (Ph.D. EE) is an overseas high-level talent Associate Professor introduced by Shanxi University and an expert scholar who has been engaged in progressive scientific research. His research direction includes power control, power system optimization, distribution system planning analysis, and optimization of renewable energy, DGs, EVs & hybrid integrated systems. He did his Ph.D. in 2020 from the top-ranked Chinese University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). After his Ph.D. completion, he continued his research career as a post-doctoral research fellow at HUST for three years, where he actively contributed to research. As an outstanding researcher, he has published over 50 peer-reviewed papers, including 40 SCI publications in well-reputed journals, three chapters, and 5 (El-cited) international conference papers. Also, he is a potential reviewer of well-reputed SCI journals, including Elsevier, Wiley, Frontiers, IEEE Access, and IEEE Transactions. Dr. Zia is currently a faculty member and research supervisor at the School of Electric Power, Civil Engineering and Architecture, Shanxi University, utilizing his technical, professional, and innovative research skills.
